1.General rules for all users

1.1 It is forbidden to create ads of intentionally fraudulent nature, to try to mislead the party of the transaction and support.

1.2 It is forbidden to conduct contractual transactions, where you need to transfer cryptocurrency manually, for example, with a voucher. If you agree to such conditions, the site declines responsibility for the safety of such a transaction and denies you further service, if such a transaction will be recorded by an employee of the service;

1.3 It is forbidden to use language, insult the party of the transaction and support, inadequately behave and communicate, write insults in the nickname and exchange rules;

1.4 It is forbidden to provide in dispute separate photos, checks and screenshots as proof of payment. Photo is accepted only on the background of the transaction, and a video recording of the screen is a priority confirmation of the payment;

1.5 Violation of the rules stated in the ad means closing the transaction in favor of the owner of this ad. The same applies to payment to the card of another bank using the received phone number as details.

1.6 It is forbidden to pay to the card of another bank, different from the one specified in the ad, except for the cases when the owner of the ad uses SBP and does not specify a specific bank.

1.6.1 The use of SBP can be only in the case of an exchange on the announcement from the SBP glass or subject to agreement between the parties (in other glasses the owner of the announcement must notify about special rules on the use of SBP, and the transfer must not be interbank).

1.7. It is forbidden to pay to a card of another bank, different from the one indicated in the ad, unless the parties to the transaction have agreed on it in advance.

1.8. It is forbidden to send payment details through messages and not through a special button.

1.9. It is forbidden to set nicknames similar to the already existing nicknames of traders or insulting them.

1.10. It is forbidden to trade through multi-accounts.

1.11. It is forbidden to conduct transactions with the participation of third parties, represented by both physical persons and legal entities, in particular, another exchange service. In such transactions the administrator declines responsibility for the safety of the transaction.

1.12. It is forbidden to conduct transactions with the use of any payment instruments to which the participant of the transaction does not have direct access and / or possession of which can not confirm.

1.13. Spam and advertising by means of internal messages, descriptions of announcements and other ways related to the service is prohibited.

1.14. The administration of the service has the right to refuse to serve you with the subsequent withdrawal of funds on the site without explanation.

2. Rules for owners of ads

2.1 It is forbidden to place payment data (card number, QIWI wallet and other details) in the terms of exchange. To send details there is a special button “Send details”, which is a necessary element of the mechanics of transactions.

2.2 It is forbidden to conduct transactions with the participation of third parties without notifying the second party of the transaction. In case of violation of the rule, the transaction is closed in favor of the client by the support operator.

2.3 Collective trading is prohibited, which implies joint malicious activity of traders in the stakes: artificial change of the rate and limits, purposeful ignoring or rejection of requests for exchange with saving timings, threats and insults to other traders, any attempts of pressure and manipulation, imposing their conditions on other participants of the site and any attempts to “monopolize” the stakes by the established group of persons trading collectively.

2.4 The owner of the ad has the right to request the buyer to confirm his payment documents, if the buyer during the transaction caused suspicion, did not fulfill the terms of exchange and / or inactive for a long time.

2.5 The owner of the ad has the right to set the selling or buying rate of BTC at no more (less) than 30% of the market rate.

2.6 The Ad Owner has the right to a fair resolution of the dispute with the involvement of support in case of a problematic situation.

2.7. The owner of the advertisement has the right to request additional preferences in the form of a reduced commission and cash bonus based on the monthly rating of traders.

2.8. The owner of the ad has the right to request a trader badge based on his trading data on a monthly basis:

🏦 - trader is in TOP5 in any of the directions (buying or selling);

💰 - the trader is in TOP10 (falls from 6th to 10th place in the monthly ranking);

Permanent badges for total trading volume:

⭐️ - trading volume ≥ 5 BTC

🏆 - trading volume ≥ 50 BTC

👑 - trading volume ≥ 350 BTC

3. Rules for ad clients
3.1 The ad client is obliged to follow the rules stipulated in the ad and automatically confirms them by sending a request to the owner of the ad for the transaction.

3.2 The ad client is obliged to provide proof of payment documents if he has aroused suspicion of the seller or it is stipulated in his rules. This rule has less force for users with a high rating and a large number of transactions.

3.3 The client of the ad has the right to a fair resolution of the dispute with the involvement of support in case of a problem situation.

3.4 The client of the advertisement has the right to consulting support in case of non-standard situations in the course of the transaction;
